             Our professionals are that of a pool of Certified Home Inspection inspectors, we have expert knowledge more than 20 years in this field to conduct Home inspection, The home inspection is conducted in accordance with Quality Mark (QM) introduced by BCA, which is Singapore’s accepted quality standard AND also to “Conquas” – the BCA Construction Quality Assessment System.

 

 We will conduct one/two times inspection

 

1.       Inspection and preparation of detailed written defects with photos for your submission/defect rectification works

2.       Final inspection is to ensure that whether all defects are done as per our defects list.
